Nigro’s Auto Body, located at 939 Washington Ave. in Philadelphia, announcedtoday that they are expanding their location’s product line yet again, andreinforcing their commitment to break boundaries with women consumers by becoming a distributor of Passchal’s line of luxury eco-friendly bags.

Passchal began when Ken Kobrick, an ex-welder, and Angela Greene, aninventor who doesn’t even carry a handbag, decided to dive headfirst into theincredibly competitive world of the accessories market. Passchal incorporatesleather trim and sides to their recycled rubber bags, keeping them lightweightand enabling the introduction of new colors and textures. In keeping with theireco-friendly beliefs, all leathers used are by-products, vegetable dyed andchrome free, and all bags are handcrafted using the highest quality hardware andmaterials available. Passchal bags have been featured on The Today Show, andin Entrepreneur and Rolling Stone magazines, to name a few. They have alsobeen featured at Olympus Fashion Week and Back Stage at the Tony Awards.
Owner Domenic Nigro is excited about the new product offering, seeing it as animportant step in his commitment to the Ask Patty Certified Female Friendly®Program and his continued efforts to break the mold of the automotive businessstatus quo. Passchal handbags have been making waves in the auto industryall year since Illinois-based tire retailer Waukegan Tire began selling the bags attheir own auto service center, resulting in a new bag style, the Mary Ann, namedfor the tire center owner’s daughter. Domenic is the first automotive reatiler tobring the bags to Philadelphia.
