I just picked up my 2016 Ford Focus and it looks awesome! The staff at Nigro's were pros all the way and communicated the status of my repair regularly. They also made communicating with my insurance carrier very easy. I highly recommend Nigro's for body work.

Vanhsy F. AMAZING auto body shop. Usually when I walk into a car place as a woman, I get talked down to and generally treated as incompetent. Not here! The entire staff at Nigro's gave amazing customer customer service. Also, my insurance company was being annoying and slow about everything, and Nigro’s expertly handled them without needing almost and input from me. Last and maybe most important, my car has never looked better!

I went in with a classic car that had been hit in the rear quarter panel and had bad damage. They reshaped my metal and it looks brand new. They not only got my car back to perfect condition but the fought the insurance battle and took a lot of the pressure off me. Also had my car fix fast. Would def recommend

Jenna Heath After being rear-ended on 95, I was super stressed. I use my car to get everywhere for work. I found Nigro’s, gave them a call, and they alleviated all of my stress right away. They told me to bring my car down - they would work with my insurance company and even help me find a rental at Enterprise that my insurance would cover! I was in and out in minutes and Lindsay who works in the office was so sweet and took care of me all throughout the seemless process. My insurance company did not make it easy on Nigro’s - coming for multiple inspections, etc. But the Nigro’s team handled everything, providing me with concise updates along the way. I dropped my rental off and was driven back to Nigro’s, where my car was sparkling clean, looked better than brand new, and they even vacuumed and cleaned the inside (which was probably no easy feat). Im so relieved and happy to have my car better than new and will definitely come back if I ever need to. I’ve been telling friends and coworkers in the city that this is the place to come from bumps and bruises to a whole new hood and two bumpers like me!! Thanks, Nigro’s Team!!! ☺️🙏🏼✨
